Whenever you go out of town, have a friend, family, or neighbor come to your house daily. Ask them to switch on random lights every day to make it appear that there is someone inside the house. Moreover, ask any of your house sitters to collect your mail or newspapers for you. This way, it will not appear that no one is home to receive the mail. If it is not too much trouble, you can also have your chosen house sitters to stay over at your place.
