The Differences Equipment, Property Lines and Animals The main differences between coverage for farmhouses vs. condominium units have to do with additional equipment and property lines. For farmhouses, additional Home Insurance coverage includes farming equipment as well as poultry and other farm animals. It is wonderful that this post highlighted that on top of protecting the properties inside our farmhouse, farm insurance will also cover our farming equipment, poultry as well as farm animals. I do believe it is important for every farm owner to have their farm insured as it will protect their farm, animals and properties from any unexpected accidents. In fact, I have a friend who once experienced his equipment being damaged due to mother nature and was left forking our cash to purchase a new harvesting tractor. I will definitely check with my friend to ensure he has applied for farm insurance following his accident.
