Thanks for explaining that it's common for workers to develop chronic back pain due to repetitive motions they perform. My brother started working in a warehouse earlier this year and has been struggling with back pain the last few times I've seen him. I'll have to give him a call and let him know it could be beneficial to discuss his situation with a workers comp lawyer soon!

I do agree that it is common for employees to develop chronic backaches due to the long working hours and limited movements. The other day my sister-in-law shared that she sustained a slip disk when she was trying to move boxes at work and she has since attended rehab to rehabilitate her back. After reading your post, I think I will recommend her to look into workers compensation services to determine what the company owes her for the injury.

I'm glad you explained why it's important for employers to provide protection in harmful workplaces, such as those with chemicals. I appreciated it when you shared that a lawsuit can be submitted against the employer if an employee suffers illness or motion injury. My friend just mentioned the other day that she is worried about her sister who is dealing with motion injuries at her workplace which has caused her to stop working. I will suggest to her looking for a reliable lawyer who can help with her situation so she can get workers compensation claims.

A friend of mine had an accident at his workplace, and I’m worried about his family’s economy. He thinks they might fire him to avoid having to pay compensation, so I think he should get the help of an attorney. Thanks for helping me understand that emotional and mental stress injuries are also included in worker's compensation coverages. As you mentioned, job-related stress can actually result in heart issues and even cancers that is why one is entitled to benefits of it. I can imagine how helpful it would be to have a professional assist you in filing for this kind of claim for this category, since this sounds very new to our ears because we are used to physical injuries only.

My friend got sick from being exposed to chemicals at his work. It makes sense that he might want to get a workers' compensation lawyer to help ensure that he's compensated. That seems like a good way to ensure that he gets the money he needs.
